Goneril Capp's
Previously at Goneril's: After Goneril got released from jail, she quickly entered the twilight years of her life while enforcing the lines drawn between her and the enemies she made in her life. While she and Peter both focused on climbing their career ranks even further, Peter repeated his earlier mistake and started an affair behind his wife's back... Will he manage to keep it a secret from her, or is the past bound to repeat itself?
We start things off where we left them off - Peter working on his spicy novel while Goneril is asleep.
The day starts off as usual, getting ready for work and Goneril is all qualified to finally be promoted again!
Goneril receives a chance card! She decided to play it safe...
... and has played it too safe.
Her current boss is sticking around for many years to come...
Years she does not have anymore for a promotion she is no longer qualified for...
The two come home...
And Goneril realises...
... that her heart skipped too many beats in a row...
Peter tried to get to the Grim Reaper...
... but Grim manifesting inside the car prevented him from pleading Goneril's case.
Pain and loss was the outcome...
R.I.P. Goneril Capp
Peter decided to clean up the place a little...
... to heal his pain in an effort...
... to give Goneril a place to rest, for now.
Cornwall passed by. Peter decided to talk to him for some sympathy in his loss.
... then Charlotte called.
... then the bite of Oberon set in again.
... realising he didn't want this in his life, Peter grabbed the phone to call the Pet Trainer.
She'd only be able to come by the next day.
Then Cornwall comes back in, sees Peter, and decides to call it a day and return home.
Having a lot of energy, Peter decides to spend his night tapping away on his keyboard.
He finishes his current novel...
... but it's not quite the seller...
Even the delivery person just dumps it on the porch to get away from it as far as possible.
New novel, new shot.
After plotting that one out for a bit, Peter turns back into a human in the morning sun.
After some downtime watching sports on the couch...
... Peter's carpool arrives, just at the same time as the Pet Trainer arrives.
He quickly buys himself a cure before heading off to work.
Home sweet home.
A few...
... calls later...
... the night falls once again, turning Peter in his Werewolf form once again.
Peter, alas, is not fond of this...
... so he grabs the cure vial and chugs it down.
A victory for Peter, but meh, I do like me the Werewuffs.
With that being taken care of, Peter grabs the phone to gather a small family celebration party....
... and soon we find a few Capps on the Monty side of town...
... exploring the new spa lot.
Peter, Kent, Regan and Adrian have a good time in the hot tub...
... when a disruption approaches.
"Ugh, you! Things for us have not being going uphill ever since you stepped in our lives!"
Miranda, as a Werewolf, is giving Peter a warning growl.
Having been recently cured, Peter decides not to test her patience any further and goes for the car.
On his way out Adrian manages to outwit that sneaky Unsavoury Charlatan.
Back home...
... everyone literally realises what time it is and barges out, ending the outing.
Still having full energy from his Werewolf transformation, Peter hits the writing desk once more...
... and one night later he once again has to leave for work.
Once back home...
... Peter grabs the phone to butter up Juliette, the current Capp matriarch, a little.
After sending out an invitation...
Juliette and her friend Nora Zuimelhof arrive.
A perfect opportunity for Juliette to bring along Goneril's resting place to add to the family crypt.
Peter then hangs out with Juliette and Nora a bit longer...
... before the evening comes to an end.
Peter builds up enough writing experience to earn one more point for creativity...
... before, for the first time in days, heading for a good night's rest again.
The final day of the season is upon Peter!
And today... he has off from work!
After taking care of the house and himself a bit...
... Peter grabs the phone to call up Sophie Jalowitz to ask her on a date!
She has arrived! To go on a date with Peter Capp!
Yes, that's happening!
The two enter the house to continue their affections...
... when suddenly Juliette Capp is blocking with a poorly timed phone call!
After quickly ending that inconvenience...
... Peter and Sophie find themselves fooling around on the couch...
... which is followed by a trip to the bedroom.
Peter gives Sophie a backrub in the afterglow as the date comes to a natural end.
Afterwards the man looks at himself in the mirror, and realises that his face has gotten a little more wrinkly recently.
Nothing that can cancel out the consequences of aging...
... than a visit to the pub downtown!
We have arrived at Rodney's Hideout!
There Peter is quick to get seated at the local poker table with Juliette, when his youngest son, Oscar, approaches, hesitates to join...
... and then chickens out again. Instead it's Cornwall and Trent Traveller joining in on the fun.
But alas, trouble is brewing on the horizon as the Montys have found Rodney's Hideout as well.
After David takes Juliette's place at the poker table and cashes in on all the chips...
The bitter and also wrinkled ex, Samantha, Monty snaps at Peter!
Peter luckily has someone having his back in the matter, as the young Juliette pounces the elderly lady...
... and gives her a major beating!
And just right then, another wave of trouble has arrived at the scene!
While at first Romeo manages to join the poker table, Kendra is immediately intercepted by an angry Juliette!
After some bickering Romeo decides to step in.
"Stop harassing my wife, Juliette!"
As a reply Juliette extends her hand and slaps Romeo in the face instead.
Before Romeo can react to that, Juliette dashes off and hides in the women's bathroom.
Another Capp, Regan if I recall correctly, jumps on Romeo instead and another brawl ensues.
Peter in the meanwhile, had decided to save his own skin and is stepping in his car.
While on his way to the Hideout, Sophie drops by.
She has a nice antique vase for Peter. Nice!
After gathering his bouquet...
... Peter goes back to the office to once again to go on a writing binge... and it is during this binge that the season passes on to the Spring!
How will Peter's relationship with Sophie Jalowitz blossom? Will he reach the top of his career? Will he stay in touch with his children during all that? We'll find out next round...
