Ryan-Lillard Family
Previously at the Ryan-Lillard Family: Curtis Ryan and Victor Lillard officially tied the knot! And now it's time for them to go on their honeymoon to Three Lakes, where they just moved in to their hotel...
Of course the first go-to location in Three Lakes is the Lumber Mill.
The first thing our guys want to go to is on a tour.
Let's get this show on the road shall we?
Not on the water, for sure!
... or maybe we should've gone for thee water anyways.
Big oof.
Sheesh he paid already - but nope, no meal for him because of the itches...
Guess marshmallows will have to do then.
Ooh a slap dance party!
At least Curtis seems eager to dance along.
Sadly the party didn't last, everyone just walked off.
At least the itch is over by now - time to eat some flapjacks in peace.
After checking out the wood ring...
... it was time to leave...
... back to the hotel.
Curtis embraces his inner mole yet once more...
Sadly he didn't find any hidden maps before hitting a leak.
Time to get everyone to bed quickly.
Why? Behold... THE THUNDER!
Time to get both newlyweds in bed before the weather ends their marriage too soon.
The next morning... I realised that the closest phone was in the next room.
... which meant we had no way of ordering room service! I should edit that asap.
I guess the market it is.
After some delicious meals at the stand...
Curtis decided to be a little mole again - He really wants that secret map in order to find Bigfoot!
Sadly he only dug up bones and rocks before hitting the water plumbing once again.
The two gentlemen had some quality time together...
... while another tourist had to deal with the shenenigans of the Unsavoury Charlatan.
Time to get out of there before more wallets get stolen.
At the park Curtis keeps digging and digging
... and while Victor hangs out with the locals and learns some gestures...
... Curtis FINALLY finds a MAP!... to the secret location on Twikkii Island.
Guess we'll have to keep on digging...
Until the pipe gets hit here as well.
At least we're leaving behind a crowd.
Time to destress after all that digging by visiting the spa!
Hot Springs are always good to dip in.
Behold! Another slap dance opportunity!
This time it work a bit better!
Victor's efforts pay off eventually and he has figured it out!
While he continues dancing with the other locals...
Curtis embraced his inner mole once more.
And here he finds ANOTHER map... yet this time for Takemizu Village... Gotta keep digging.
Though.. it is getting late.
Time to go back to the hotel...
... and have a good night.
A new day, and no room service.
The restaurant may offer a solution for this.
Curtis and Victor got seated...
... after which a local STEALS Victor's lobster!!!
HOW DARE YOU!!!
"Uh Victor, you know that THAT is our table, right?"
"... it's complicated."
Both guys were still hungry - so time for a second round of food.
This time nobody goes and steals any plates, luckily.
By the time the meal was finished, a giant kicky bag group had gathered. Time to get out...
... and visit another hotel. While Curtis became a little hole digger once more...
... Victor had a dive in the pool!
No maps - but Curtis DID find treasure before busting another pipe.
Time to get out of there...
... and try some more activities at the lumber mill.
LIKE AXE THROWING!!!
Curtis got all 3 of them in the bullseye! Victor.. got close.
Time for our next activity:
The log-battle!
Curtis splashes at his husband...
... and promptly wins the duel!
To celebrate, Curtis treats Victor on a Bird Watching tour.
Let's help mother nature a bit shall we?
Or not. Oof.
After returning, Victor teaches Curtis the finer details of the local greeting.
After that it is spa time.
Curtis treats himself to a massage lesson.
It takes some pressure...
But soon enough he has figured out the technique...
... and also Curtis' muscles are relaxed enough again to continue digging holes.
Though soon he decided to call it quits.
The two have some food together...
... after which Victor takes over the digging for a little bit - yet no new maps, sadly.
Time to sleep in at the hotel.
The next morning...
... it was time to leave the hotel once and for all.
While Victor spends his final moments soaking in the hot tub, Curtis tries to find that map leading to Bigfoot one more time...
Sadly it was not meant to be...
The shuttle arrives to bring the gentlemen back to Veronaville.
And once at home, Victor finally goes to that work shift.
Jut riiiight after picking the Vacation Benefits.
Having the apartment to himself, Curtis treats himself to a bath.
After that he felt like cooking lunch for the sake of it.. if it weren't for the empty fridge.
Time to hit the grocery store!
The first thing we see here is Adrian Capp being a complete meanie again.
No time to pay attention to that - we got shopping to do.
And in a small rush we're out of there again before more trouble brews
After selling a painting David Ottomas made...
... Curtis takes it up against him in a chess match
After gaining a logic skill point, Curtis got a VERY interesting want!
He wants to quit his life of crime!
It did pay the bills very well, but I honestly like the thought of character development here... I guess the travel virus may have gotten to Curtis.
But first - lunch.
Speaking of the travel virus - time to sell all the stuff he dug up.
Victor got home from work, being the sole provider now...
While Curtis hits the chess table once more, Victor wants to gain a skill point.. so why not regain that charisma point he lost on that tour?
... if only those callers...
... didn't go and interrupt?
Good. Time for Curtis to pick up the phone now.
By doing so he made best friends with Scott!
After Victor got his charisma point, he decided to go out for a jog.
Upon return more calls came in.
After finishing his dinner Curtis took care of them.
Victor had his nap in the meanwhile, and then had himself some dinner.
Victor then had a bath, while Curtis earned another skill point for logic.
About time to call it a night!
And with both the regular season and the holiday done, it's time to move on to the next family - which is the newly moved in Traveller family in fact! Will they ALSO go on a holiday this season? Only if they still have the budget for it after moving in...
To be continued
