Roseland Family
Previously at the Roseland family: After Cyd and Bianca Monty had a happy little accident named Minola, the two of them got into a quick marriage. Now that the two of them have put their funds together, the young household can afford a nice house with plenty of room to raise their offspring in.
It's a pretty spacious place, though the family is living on bare minumum funds. Also I fiddled around in SimPE and changed Minola's last name to match her parents'.
Despite the lack of funds, both Cyd and Bianca want to expand their family with another child--
Ooh, almost 10k inheritance! No more money problems for now.
After the deed in bed has been done Bianca heads off to her work late while Cyd focuses on his want to gain a skill point - and since he needs creativity for his career it's off to the easel he goes!
He's made some progress but the little one needs some parental love too, which interrupt Cyd's training sadly.
Cyd doesn't mind it too much however and treats Minola with love and care.
While grinding a bit more of his painting skills, Bianca comes back home with some extra dough for the family. Cyd meanwhile just gets another skill point in just as the carpool honked for him to get in.
With the date being the first of Winter, Bianca throws out the invitations for the New Year's Bash.. A very special one to be precise...
... for the festivities will be doubling as Minola's birthday party, too!
After Bianca took care of some needs the first guests arrive...
And Minola is brought to the cake!
Minola grows up to be a cute toddler! I think she's taking after her mother, though I don't know where the grey eyes are coming from... I guess Cyd or Bianca has a recessive gene for them?

Bianca had the want to give something to a relative, and considering that she most likely won't be around next year, her mother Isabella made the perfect target.
Next to arrive at the occasion was Father Time - and the people gather!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
The party ended being a moderate success, right as Cyd came home with a promotion.
He takes care of his young daughter as Bianca sleeps...
... and then joins her soon after, knowing she'll be a good girl and play around in her own room.
Bianca took on the potty duty right before her carpool arrived.
... But considering her circumstances I feel it *might* be better for her to stay home.
Which leaves Cyd free to get to work again instead. Though sadly he didnt get to work on his creativity again, which leaves him ineligible for a promotion.
Minola, you're going to be a big sister!
Bianca takes a much-needed afternoon nap with Minola as a chance card pops up for Cyd.
Well lookie there, the skill point he needed for promotion!
Minola just discovered that Porthos is a very sweet boy.
Well lookie there, another promotion! That chance card paid off REALLY well.
Once back home Cyd is mildly concerned about Bianca's condition.
He eventually manages to drag both women in his life to bed properly before joining in as well.
His night wasn't a long affair however, for Minola doesnt do full-night sleeps.
He at least has the energy to give Minola a bath - giving Bianca some extra help she needs...
By the time Bianca wakes up, Cyd has started teaching Minola how to walk.
And by the time Cyd's carpool arrives, Minola has officially learned how to set her first independent steps in the world!
Despite being stressed out, Bianca still manages to bring Minola to the potty.
Her nap however is being interrupted by the second baby bump.
Luckily help is on the way for the young mother!
And Cyd manages to give some love and care to his second baby too!
While Cyd took over, Bianca took the time to gorge down on a BIIIG salad
Then Cyd at last had to give in to his tiredness, leaving Bianca to officially finish the potty training for Minola.
After taking a shower Bianca went back to bed, while Cyd got up again to wash up Porthos.
Being the better-rested Sim when Minola got up, Cyd took on the night shift once again.
While Bianca got some much needed rest, Minola made some progress on being taught to talk by her dad.
During the morning Bianca and Cyd got to eat breakfast together and then Cyd's carpool arrived once again.
Being home alone once again, Bianca finishes up teaching Minola how to talk before putting her in the crib.
And then it is time...

It's a boy!
Welcome to the world, Hortensio Roseland!
It's a good thing Minola just woke up, because she needs to make room in the crib for her baby brother.
And after Cyd gets home again for the day...
... the Roselands have a calm evening together because tonight is going to be BIG.
It's time for a double birthday bash!
Once everyone has arrived...
... it's Hortensio who goes first!
They grow up so fast... it feels like he was born only hours ago!
Here we have a look at Hortensio - and when it comes to his face I see more Cyd in there - but he has the Monty hair and eyes.
Up next is Minola!
She's really excited to be all big now!
And with being old enough to go to school comes having her own bedroom! All nice and under-water themed.
The perfect place to have some quality time with nonna Isabella!
The party was a success for everyone involved!
The good party however doesn't stop the fact that there's a new toddler in the house, which means more sleepless nights for Mr and Mrs Roseland.
Bianca tried out an espresso maker to try and get an extra energy shot... But sadly she's a bit too eager to drink the coffee making the entire process useless.
Eventually the next morning is upon the household and Cyd and Minola are up, the latter excited for her first day of school...
... While Cyd has yet another day at the *ahem* 'office'.
Bianca goes to bed to catch up on some much needed rest, which is when the Spring kicks in and we'll have to say our goodbyes to the Roselands for now and look forward to Kent Capp's life instead!
Will the household be able to juggle raising Hortensio with their careers and relationships next round? Will Minola make friends among the other neighbourhood kids?
